From first setup to final leaderboard

Five clear phases—so your committee spends less time on logistics and more time on the golf.

    Step 1

    Create

    Sign up, start a league or tournament shell, and invite members—or have them join with a share code. Your org and league context stay tied together for clean navigation.

    Step 2

    Setup

    Add seasons, events, and rounds. Attach courses, choose signup rules, and set expectations for scoring and attestation before the first tee time.

    Step 3

    Pairings

    Build groups and tee sheets. Adjust assignments as RSVPs change, and publish so every player sees where to meet and when.

    Step 4

    Play

    During the round, open live scoring for groups. Volunteers or players enter holes; admins monitor status and step in if something needs a correction.

    Step 5

    Results

    Lock the round when scores are final, run attestation if your league uses it, and surface leaderboards and history for the season or event.
