To request deletion of your FairwayRoster account and associated personal data, email info@fairwayroster.com from the email address connected to your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
Include your name, account email, and league name if applicable. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.
What may be deleted
Depending on your account and leagues, we may delete or de-identify categories such as:
- Firebase / authentication account
- Profile information
- Phone and email notification preferences
- League membership links, where possible
- Uploaded scorecard or photo data tied directly to the account, where possible
What may be retained
The following may be retained where needed for league integrity, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or accounting:
- League and tournament scoring records
- Attestations
- Payout records
- Audit logs
- Administrative records
Where possible, retained records may be de-identified or disconnected from the deleted account while still preserving an accurate historical record for leagues and tournaments.
Verification and timing
After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal account data where possible within 30 days. Some records may be retained when needed to preserve league scoring history, attestations, payout/audit records, security logs, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or accounting records.
We will confirm receipt of your email and may follow up if we need additional information.
