Help & FAQ
Quick answers about getting started, running events, and scoring. For account issues, sign in and use the app—or contact your league admin.
Getting Started
How do I create a league?
Create an account, open App home, and use the flow to start a new league. You’ll get an organizer context and can share a join code with members.
How do players join?
Share your league join link or code. Players sign in (or register), then accept or request access depending on your league’s join policy.
Do I need a separate app for tournaments?
No. Tournament workflows live in the same product—switch between league season views and tournament dashboards as needed.
Events
What’s the difference between an event and a round?
An event is the scheduled occasion (e.g. League Night #5). Rounds are the playable units inside it—where pairings, tee times, and scoring attach.
Can players sign themselves up?
Yes, when event signup is enabled. Admins can also assign or adjust pairings after responses come in.
Where do I manage the schedule?
Season and event tools live under your league workspace. Build the calendar there, then open pairings and scoring per round.
Scoring
Who can enter scores?
Typically group members or designated volunteers enter hole-by-hole scores. League admins can reopen or correct cards when policy allows.
What is attestation?
A confirmation step so competing groups agree scores are final before leaderboards lock. Your league may require it for official results.
Can I track personal rounds without a league?
Yes. Use My Game to log personal scores and stats; league play stays separate.
